Domestic Shipping

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (M-F) after purchase and shipped according to the shipping method selected on the original order. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping location. Our logistics partners will contact you once the dispatch is made.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide, postage prices are based on the total weight of your order, calculated at the checkout.

Please note, most countries will charge import duty on goods over a certain value, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any charges that occur on importation at the destination. 

Returns

Refund policy (if applicable)

Please note that all our products are carefully handmade and sourced with natural material sourced from Kenya. All our products are inspected for the highest quality, but just incase you want to return your item, please reach out immediately. Email info@theshaba.com or call +254114286821

We do accept returns, and refund  for the item within 21 days of purchase. The returned products must be unused, and in their original condition with the labels still attached.

Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is damaged for any reason, we will reimburse for the item and the cost of shipping as long as you let us know about the damaged basket within 1 week of receiving your items. All returns should be sent to our warehouse within your region. Please get in touch with our customer service at info@theshaba.com to receive guidelines for any returned item .

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.

Sales items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theshaba.com , you will receive guided details on how to exchange your item.
