- kia motors playing with only 6 players still manage to play a close game against batch 2005 NEW US REMNANTS. Both teams being young contenders in the league, showed intense basketball with exchanging leads that led to a very exciting game. Ronald Uy of US REMNANTS carried his team on his shoulders during the final seconds of the fourth quarter, where he scored a crucial shot that forced the game to overtime.. in the extra time, kia motors cut short when carl gajudo unable to sink in crucial free throws that became the game upset. US REMNANTS won with the final score; 72-71.

-Reliving the 2008 finals match up of pier one's batch '90 againts samsung, where they changed their team name to echo appliance mainly composed of batch '05. both teams played intense basketball, pier one ending the 3rd quarter with a 1 point defeceit, but the game was decided in the fourth quarter where pier one showed their veterans and sealed the win with a final score of 73-65.
