-Pier one ahead on the first half of the game getting an 8 point lead ending the first half.  Wildcats tried to keep up.  Lo exploding in the 4th quarter getting 10 points in this quarter alone to notch Pier One, the defending champions, their first win of the season.

-Progressive being a new team in SHABA lost their first game againts Kia Motors that played strong in whole game.  Kia Motors with new recruits in Du and Macasling of Batch 2008 proved to be a stronger team this year as compared to last year.  Shan continues his strong offensive play.

-the 2007 champions,Savers Home Depot batch (94&95) having a strong start ending the first half 38-15 score.  Island Prima tried to comeback in the second half outscoring Savers in both quarters but the deficit was just too big to overcome in the end.
